a product like this is shameful.

Was this problem addressed by Apple cause I'm facing the same issue. Please let me know if you have any solution to this problem.

It is not paint.  The iPhone case is anodized aluminum.  It can be chipped or scratched though.  With a case, if anything abrasive gets caught between the case and the phone, it can grind away the anodized layer.
