Help! El Capitan has been too much pain. Too many crashes :(

I am writing here because I am unable to do my work ever since I upgraded to El Capitan from my 10.7.8 lion. I changed my motherboard, I replaced my RAM from 2 gb to 8gb, and just yesterday I upgraded to 10.11.4 and it crashed again. I cannot say when it will crash next because I am getting auto crash and restart 5 to 6 times a day everyday. I cannot edit the photo in photoshop because it crashes soon. I cannot write on Scrivener while browsing web on chrome because it crashes somehow. I cannot listen to music on itunes and work on my macbook because it crashes after sometime. Help! My previous os lion never crashed in a year but now I crash 5 to 6 times everyday. Please help! Its my late 2011 macbook pro. Also, How can I downgrade to lion OSX now. I don't have backup or anything. Please serious help needed. Below is the recent crash report.

MacBook Pro, OS X El Capitan (10.11.4)

Update 3:

It has been 48 hours plus and I have not faced a single crash. During my research here: http://apple.stackexchange.com/questions/210326/notes-app-crashing-continuously- in-el-capitan , I found solution, where they solved by Repairing permissions on the Fonts folder.

I did that.

Then yesterday, I opened Scrivener and it did not crashed then for future safety , I updated it to recent version 2.7. Also, I found a little lag on screen when I opened utorrent. I deleted it and reinstalled it again.

OVERALL! NO CRASHES TILL NOW. I think my macbook problem is fixed. Yet , I have not opened Photoshop cs5 though. Now , if there will be any future crashes, I will be sure that it is because of APPS, AND NOT MY RAM or ANYTHING.

Thank You. Problem Fixed.
