I can't rejoin a wifi at my home after I tap the 'Forget This Network'. Other than resetting my 'network settings', I still can't rejoin the network.It keeps on appearing 'unable to join network'.....

Just unplug the router from the power source - from the wall socket. Give it about 30 seconds and then plug it back in again and let it start up completely. Also restart the phone the way that I described it in my first post.
Even though all of your other devices can connect to your network, power cycling the router might help for the one that can not connect.
It's probably worth a shot.
I do search on how to reboot my route ,. but I don't know how to do so.
AND,
does this problem needs me to reboot it because my iPhone is the only one that can't rejoin the network while other devices can.

I just unplug the modem socket for 30 seconds, and restart my phone, and tried to rejoin the wifi. Since it is secured, it keep on asking me the password. After I enter the password, and tap 'Join', and then it pops up again.

Try power cycling your router. Unplug it from power for about 30 seconds and then plug it in again. Force restart the phone as well. No data is affected by this.

Yeap. I had reset my Network Settings. and also reset All Settings. OMG, 😢 but still cannot. Maybe I should reset my modem?
Did you try resetting network settings? Or try resetting all settings? Settings>General>Reset>Reset all settings.
