iCloud Settings crash every time on iPhone, iPad and Mac

Since yesterday, clicking iCloud in Settings on my iPhone, iPad Mini 2 and on my MacBook Pro 15" wRD crashes the Settings app.

Maybe it has something to do with iOS 9.3, but the iPad mini is not yet upgraded but it still crashes. On iPhone and iPad, when I click iCloud inside the Settings app, the Settings app just closes and I'm dumped back to home screen. On the MacBook, I get "There was an error in iCloud preferences." and that's it.

When i go to icloud.com and click Numbers, I get dumped back to the log on page. When I click iCloud Drive I get "Can't load iCloud Drive" and "There was a problem loading your data for this application". I clicked Report a few times but nothing got resolved.

When i click Notes on iCloud.com, I get an error message saying "Notes has stopped responding." with "An error has prevented this application from working properly. Help Apple improve its products by sending us diagnostic and usage information about iCloud." What's interesting is that in the report field I see the error message "CloudKit error - access denied" - "_reason" : "private db access disabled for this account".. wierd.

Has anyone seen this problem - how do I solve it? It looks like my iCloud account data got corrupted suddently. I use iCloud for Notes, Reminders, Bookmarks and Calendars, so that I can share those between these 3 devices.

Thanks.

I have the same oroblem after updating. If you have more than one iOS device. Try to turn off all devices, but keep one on. I suspect it is one or more apps that start's to crash, when it try to store another backup if a file/document to iCloud. And the problem starts showing up, when the app discover there aren a copy of the same document in the sky, but with a unfamiliar newer version? I have many iPads, and if you don't do anything, the bug will show up on a new (not yeat updated iPad), and if you have iPads enough, it vil go on and on. If you have to update more than one device, turn those devices thats not updated off, intil you want to update device two, but first turn off the first device that you updated. You could also turn off WI-FI, iCloud, and internet on all of your icloud devices (also delete all of your devices from the 'Find iPhone' menu? You can connect this service later on when you are done with the updatin of all your icloud devices. I have been on Apple for many years, and i hope they don't ****-it up like they did the period Steve was out of Apple? It's to many interuptions from iOS about updating, and they change things that works, for the worse. Like suddenly the click+Sweep that recently was changed to 'click+click', no f.... sweep like i have used for so long time, that i do it wrong every time. And if you dont want to Update, the iphone will torture you with questions about it every time you want to make a call? And Apple should be aware that they are not alone on using and changing passwords, and the whole thing seems to be about apps and all the things that needs to be fixed after every update. I Dont like to be interrupted by a app that wants to add another layer off security, as i use enough time trying to remember the first layer of security password. I don't consider my self as free to use the Mac or iOS devices as i want to anymore. And if i gonna buy another one with my own savings, this must be fixed....? I miss Steve and the small changes that usually did not get relesed before the betatest was reported ok? Good luck with your crash test dummy device! and give negative feedback on every fault and bugs from updates that seems pointless for anything else than frustration?

Same issue here.

Here is the symptom between Mac and iPhone:

1. Photos in Mac is not able to sync over iCloud

2. Photos in iCloud through Safari always fails to open

3. Open iCloud panel will show "iCloud preference error..."

4. (same issue?) iCloud Settings in iPhone is always forced close itself

5. Photos in iPhone is unable to sync to iCloud even with WIFI

6. more ?

I'm having the same issue - none of my devices are able to access iCloud prefs, they just crash on load. I can access them if I turn off my connection, but that doesn't solve the problem of the corrupt data that is causing the issue in the first place. I have seen some articles on how to locate and remove corrupt data from iCloud, but they're old (2013), so I am not sure the same solution would still apply.

I'm seeing these items wrong:

2. Photos in iCloud through Safari always fails to open

3. Open iCloud panel will show "iCloud preference error..."

Also, I cannot open any files visible in my iCloud Drive folder.

If I delete my iCloud internet account in System Preferences, reboot, add a new iCloud internet account, then access to my files is restored. However, in a day or so, access is lost again. This happens on both my 15" RMBP and my iMac User uploaded file

User uploaded file

The product I've been sold is flaky as F

I've NEVER had a problem accessing my Google Drive files, why can't apple get it right?

Apple support helped me e solved the problem, that was the same of your.

It takes 2 months. According to my help desk supporter it was a problem of cache on the server.

My id was investigated.

I was not able to solve the problem deleting files ad setting on my Macs, my iphone or my ipad. I had to wait (very much), but at the end I do not lose my files and my data.

Sorry for my bad English.
