iCloud Settings crash every time on iPhone, iPad and Mac

Since yesterday, clicking iCloud in Settings on my iPhone, iPad Mini 2 and on my MacBook Pro 15" wRD crashes the Settings app.

Maybe it has something to do with iOS 9.3, but the iPad mini is not yet upgraded but it still crashes. On iPhone and iPad, when I click iCloud inside the Settings app, the Settings app just closes and I'm dumped back to home screen. On the MacBook, I get "There was an error in iCloud preferences." and that's it.

When i go to icloud.com and click Numbers, I get dumped back to the log on page. When I click iCloud Drive I get "Can't load iCloud Drive" and "There was a problem loading your data for this application". I clicked Report a few times but nothing got resolved.

When i click Notes on iCloud.com, I get an error message saying "Notes has stopped responding." with "An error has prevented this application from working properly. Help Apple improve its products by sending us diagnostic and usage information about iCloud." What's interesting is that in the report field I see the error message "CloudKit error - access denied" - "_reason" : "private db access disabled for this account".. wierd.

Has anyone seen this problem - how do I solve it? It looks like my iCloud account data got corrupted suddently. I use iCloud for Notes, Reminders, Bookmarks and Calendars, so that I can share those between these 3 devices.

Thanks.

Same with me. Case open, engineers involved, nothing happening for about two months. I keep scheduling calls with apple support regarding my case.

Always the same procedure: Could you please reset your device ? No, ma'am, that does not compute, please read my case history.

Oh, yes let me connect you to my technical supervisor...

One guy cares, but can't really help also.

I really wonder what happens if your applied is rotten so you cannot use your apps ?

Sorry sir, use another appleid to buy them again ?

I am really frustrated. This is not what I expect from apple.

SAME ISSUE with me - apple support tech's know less than me, they are morons! No calls back! total idiots! iCloud preferences crashes on Mac, settings-icloud immediately crashes on all ipad, iphone devices.....can NOT log in to iCloud at all on any device if new - just goes 'verifying' for a second, then kicks back to log in screen - no error message, just doesn't log in....on MacBook, get "preferences error, there was an error in icloud preferences"....this all started after I got a popup that my iCloud password was wrong, even tho it wasn't, and was 'forced' to change it.....after I changed it - all this started happening....have tried everything locally on computer including deleting .plist files, other files, resetting keychain, completely logging out of icloud and back in - still the same problem....100% is corrupted on apple's server side - which is confirmed by the fact that I can't log in to iCloud on a brand new device - the server is not logging me in/my icloud ID is corrupt. ONLY Apple can fix this - and the morons there DON'T EVEN RESPOND.

Please reply with any info on a fix if you are having the same issue. I can assure you - if you have this same issue, there is NOTHING you can do yourself to fix it. only Apple.

I think the problem has been there a long time, i think it started after the update to yosemite.

The problem became apparent after i bought a new iPad and tried to configure iCloud.

Nocando, so i contacted apple support and after having tried this and that the asks me to change my password so they could try this out themselves.

After that, no more iCloud on no device because i have to login again and that does not work.

If you are logged in all is well. I have restored a mac from a backup and it is working ok.

In the beginning, i could login into iCloud with safari and see replicated files.

This stopped after engineers started working.

Well done.

They tried the standard stuff, reset device, reset network settings, try on wlan, try without.

I stopped telling them it is on all devices, and that it works with another apple id. Eventually they came to that.

All is well if i use a different apple id for icloud only, so i am using my old for the devices and App Store and a temporary one for iCloud.

I really want to see if they will solve the problem, because what happens if i also loose my apps ?

Same **** ? If the do not solve the iCloud problem i will stop buying apps from apple.

It is like your bank telling you: Sorry Sir, there is a problem with your account, money is there but you can't login.

Please open another account and put some money in it.

No Mr. Cook. Won't do.

Same problem here... I have been "in a support case" with Apple now for over a month. First the actions came pretty fast and I thought "wow, this looks like good service from Apple". But after a few days no more answers. The support guy promised to call me but it never happens. I wonder what is going on there. It's starting to get pretty annoying now!

I call Apple support every week nothing change "they work on it".... I love this answer lol. After a month waiting..... They told me to call every week...
