GPS says I am somewhere else

This is the most confusing thing I've ever seen, It does not matter which GPS app I use. Maps, Google maps, Waze, motion X GPS, every single one says I am a mile to 3 miles away from where I actually am. I have tried resetting all of my settings I've done a factory restore and nothing works. If I ask Siri where I am she is accurate. It's just when I use my maps apps. When I put the mom it was him somewhere else and then when I start driving it'll start to save relocating and it just relocates for the entire car ride so I ultimately have no idea where I'm going when I go places that I've never been.

Is this happening to anybody else? Does anybody have ideas of what I can do to get it to work accurately?
