Unable to connect to Cisco VPN using native client: El Capitan

I am unable to connect to Cisco VPN server using native OSX Cisco client via IPSec. Before upgrade to El Capitan VPN connections worked without any problems. VPN uses group shared secret. It seems I get error "racoon[2580]: failed to send vpn_control message: Broken pipe" during connect.

When I upgraded to El Capitan, VPN connection stopped working. I tried to do the following:
