Installing Deluge in OS X El Capitan

Hello fellow mac users, Doc Block from Kuwait. Bought a new MacBook Pro mid version 2012. Figuring it out and installing some vital apps on the new macbook. However I'm getting some installation issues when trying to install Deluge (Torrent client) through the Terminal.
Following instructions from the Deluge developer site. http://dev.deluge-torrent.org/wiki/Installing/MacOSX Any suggestions ? Thanks in advance.
