Why is syncing so slow from watch to phone

On each release, I always hope the issue would get resolved but it never does.

During/After completing workouts on my Apple watch (Sport) when I go to view the Workout app, (iPhone 6s) or even now the new activity dashboard, there is always a lag between the data being present in these apps. Sometimes the workout app could show no update at all or take more than 15 secs plus. (Afterwards I force close the app on the iPhone and re open it which after a few seconds, seems to cause a sync)

Its so frustrating that there is significant lag between the watch and the phone. Is there a way to speed this up, is Apple onto this,

This has happened on all my iOS versions and seems to get worse as time goes on (Almost 1 year of health and workout data)

BTW: Anyway to get the dashboard charts back to a line chart instead of the forced bar charts in iOS 9.3?

Hi Jason

I'm afraid that no-one here can tell you anything about Apple's unannounced plans or work in progress (this is user-based community).

You can submit feedback (including observations, frustrations and suggestions for feature enhancements) to Apple here:

For the best performance from your watch, keep both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi permanently enabled on your iPhone.
