Is the Asus VT207N touch screen compatible with El capitain and Macs?

Since when is any computer company responsible for the compatibility of 3rd party add ons like screens with the products they make?


That's like expecting Ford to make sure every single after market radio out there works in there cars. They have no reason to do that. Its up to the radio makers ot make sure they fit in the cars they are intended for.


I doubt Microsoft has even done this at all in any way. Its up to the screen maker to make it compatible with whatever operating system or platform it expects its going to be used with. .


With that said, unless it requires some special drivers, it should work if it translates the touchscreen to mouse like inputs.
