lock icon does not show in my Notes App
I have ugpraded to IOS 9.3 but the lock icon does not show in my Notes App? I cannot lock any note.

Make sure they Note is either on iCloud, or local to the iPhone. Other services such as Google or Exchange do not support the locking feature.
I fully expect the Notes 2016 knowledge base articles to released soon to help us navigate the new features and highlight some troubleshooting.
