I cannot open any website in Safari.

I cannot open any website in Safari although he search engine finds the website without difficulty.

iPad, iOS 9.3

It's a known issue with 9.3 and Safari.

Some have reported success going into the settings, safari, advanced and turning Javascript off. Others have said that the Opera browser is working, so you could get that and use it as a workaround until Apple issues a fix.

or wait for a fix to come out.

Thanks. Turning off Javascript does seem to have worked, at present.

Actually we had the problem before we installed IOS 9.3. we installed it in an effort to solve the problem, which it obviously has not done!

It's my understanding that 9.3.1 is out and is said to fix the mail link issue. So you may wish to check for updates and update your device to see if that fixes it.
