I can log into icloud... but not idrive on iMac.

Updated elCaptain on iMac to 10.11.4 I can log in to iCloud, but not iCloud Drive. It askes me for my login and password over and over and over. Called tech, we deleted Keychain, started a new keychain, rebooted... nothing works.

I CAN access iCloud Drive on my iPhone 6+ and iPad Pro...

Any ideas?

(I tried to restore from my Time Machine back-up.. BUT, apparently the back up drive is case sensitive, and the iMac isn't. Whole new problem there.. )

Go to Finder and select your user/home folder. With that Finder window as the front window, either select Finder/View/Show View options or go command - J. When the View options opens, check ’Show Library Folder’. That should make your user library folder visible in your user/home folder. Select Library. Move the following to the Trash and restart.

Close all running apps. Put the following items in the trash:

1) In the ~/Library/ folder, put the Caches folder in the trash.

2) In the ~/Library/Application Support/ folder, put the folder iCloud in the trash.

3) In the ~/Library/Preferences/ folder, put the file MobileMeAccounts.plist in the trash.

Thank you Eric.. I'm a bit intimidated. I want to make sure I'm following your directions correctly. (((THANK YOU SO MUCH!!))) The entire CACHE blue folder... correct? In the order you said - Cache, iCloud and Mobile me (pics are not in order,)

This won't have any effect on my ipad or iphones correct?

I'll wait for your response before I pull the trigger on this.
