Outlook 2016 Mac deleting Group Contact issue

I have several Outlook for Mac 15.19 questions.

When I go to People, I see Outlook >Contacts. Under Contacts is a list of groups that I created: Group A, Group B etc. I would like to delete Group B -not in individual in the group. When I highlight it and click delete, it only deletes the first name in that group. I have tried to delete all the members in Group B and then tried to delete the title Group B, but I am still unable to delete the title, Group B.

Secondly, I have created Categories: Category Red and Category Green. These two Categories are also on the Outlook > Contacts list. How can I remove them from this list?

Additionally, I have two categories under in People under Outlook >People You May Know and Skype Contacts. I did not add these, how can I remove them from that Outlook list?

I have asked the Microsoft community, but have not recieved a response.

I assume you use Skype, they are automatically added by Skype and Outlook
