Clock stops

Over the last week, the clock on my Macbook Pro (Sept. 2014) stops and doesn't reset unless I open Date and Time Preferences, unlock the window and click Time Zone. When I do that, the clock resets, but a couple of hours later, the clock has stopped again and I need to go back into Date and Time Preferences to reset.

Any thoughts on how to fix?
