I just updated my iPad Air 2 and everything went fine. I am updating my iPhone 5s now. This is to fix the Safari link bug.

hey bro i wanna knew 93.1 good or not,
bcoz everybody told me if u install your iphone has been damage or cash etc .
what should i do
Install it, most of the trouble was with older iPads. But as with any update always have a iTunes or iCloud backup available should something go wrong.
Toss a quarter... head = upgrade, tail = do not upgrade.
IOS 9.3.1 is out...
