unable to download video in whatsapp

After 9.3.1. update, I amenable to download video on WhatsApp in my iPhone 6 plus. This is happening when videos are exchanged between iPone to iPhone. Getting error - Unable to download video. Try turning off wifi or VPN, or connecting to different wifi. I am not using any VPN and I tried download on cellular as well as wifi. Same error message.

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)

I charged my iPhone 6 Plus to almost 100%. All of a sudden, WhatsApp video still download again. Don't know why🤔
