When i open the Camera, there is a No circular icon in the middle of the top status bar next to HDR. Why tha. ( still im never add SIM. but i think its not issue)

Buy a phone that actually has that feature. The 6 and 6plus do not, as this thread explains.
On your phone, go to Settings>General>About. What does it say next to Model?

If it does Live Photos it's not a 5s. It's probably a SE.

You fix it by getting a 6S, a 7 or a SE, as already pointed out in this thread. The 6 does not have that featur.
Can you see the list of supported iPhones.
iPhone 6 Plus, DO NOT have Live photos, never has before or after the update.
The only way to find out if you have Live photo or not is to post your
Settings > General > About > Model > ???

You don’t have it because the iPhone 6 does not have feature - as has already been stated several times in this discussion.
