Hi, I'm trying to backup my phone on iTunes.
I get a messag error saying that there's not enough space on disk to complete it. The iMac thoug still has got more than 160 Gb free, and the phone has got no more tha 30 Gb used...
Any tip on how to solve the problem?

Restart your iMac and try it again.
Thx Georg, unfortunately I already restarted more than once...
Indeed I also bought iCloud space, and even trying to backup on iCloud, I get the same message from iTunes.
All softwares are the most updated ones (iTunes, iPhone...)

Fux, did you also restart your iPhone? Tried to logout from your iCloud account on your iPhone and login again?

Just got the machine back from Apple assistance, but still cannot backup the iPhone5... very strange

Just use iCloud back up for your iPhone do everything over your WiFi .
We have 3 iphones& 4 ipads havent use our PC for them for over 2 years everything done overs WiFi .
We you put iPhone /ipad on charge its backs up automatically to iCloud .
