I have a mid 2010 27" imac S/N W8*******DB6 model A1312.
I cannot find a power button.
Is there any way to power this on without the wireless
keyboard or mouse?

The power button is on the back. See the manual. By the way, you should not post your serial number.

Well, it is personal information and it's best not to post that on a public forum. Usually you would be asked for your serial number when contacting Apple about a product.
