I changed my iPhone's Apple ID region to Canada because I wanted to download a game that was only available to that Store, it never asked me fot a credit card to go to the Canada region but now I want to change to the US region but it doesn't let me because It asks me for a credit card which I don't have. that's something I didn't know, the app that I downloaded was Clash Royale it was only available for Canada at that moment but a couple of days later they launched it worldwide.
I was planning to do that but I need to change my region first
You may have backed yourself in to a corner that only Apple Support can help you with.
Legalities aside, the situation should be fixable.
