I somehow lost the cap to my apple pencil.😢 I am using a bic pen cap for now. Dont
want to destroy the lightning connector.

I know they have some replacement parts but their store is hard to navigate and find stuff

Try to open a chat with them and have them link you to where the replacement caps are.
I don't know if that would be covered by the warranty, but you might as well try it. I'd stop by an Apple store and ask how to get the cap replaced - maybe they'll just give you one (don't count on it though - I haven't tried that).
Lost property wouldn't be covered by warranty. But you're right, the store will probably help him out since it's so minor.

Have yet to see them offered separately. Spare should have been included!
This constitutes but one of several DESIGN FLAWS in the Apple Pencil.
Even Apple's iPad Pro covers don't accommodate the Pencil, and the ones that do have a Pencil holder (Speck) don't allow for the spare tip and charging adaptor.
