Can i exchange my iphone 5s to iphone 6

my iphone 5s is damaged inside and exterior too. Can i exchange my iphone 5s to iphone 6 ? Or sell my iphone 5s to apple store With low price than new iphone.?

iPhone 6, iOS 9.1, updated just yesterday from ios 8.3

You can use the credit for the recycle towards a new product.
