I bought a 64gb IPhone 6s Plus but it shows I have 5gb

I Bought an IPhone 6s Plus that came with a 64 Fb storage but it shows my iCloud on has 5gb and now I have 285mb in my Icloud. Now I can't update my apps because it keeps saying I have low storage space but I have 64gb of storage and I only have 10 apps that I installed and every time I delete one app my Icloud storage doesn't go up.

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 9.3.1

You are confusing your free iCloud storage of 5GB, and the storage capacity on your device. The two are not related.

Your iCloud Storage will not change regardless of what you do with apps.

If you are getting an error saying that you cannot update apps, that is because the storage on your device is maxed out. To see what is taking up storage on your phone go to Settings>General>Storage & iCloud Usage>click on Manage Storage in the top Storage error. You will see a list of all items taking up room on your device including Photos, Music, and apps.

Best of luck,
