Which iPod nano model do you have? You can look at this document, if you don't know
Identify your iPod model - Apple Support
The first one with a built-in radio is 5th gen iPod nano. Before that, you had to connect the Apple Radio Remote to play radio on it. The radio function probably do not appear on the screen menu unless you have the Radio Remote connected to the iPod's dock connector.

If your iPod nano is 5th gen or older, you may need to attach the Bluetooth receiver from the Nike+ Sport Kit to show the Nike+ functions; you need the receiver and the sensor on your shoe to track and record your runs (for 5th gen nano and older). 6th gen and 7th gen iPod nano can use its built-in accelerometer to track and record your runs.

I Bought Griffin navigate, It has the same 30 pin connector as Apple Radio Remote and I can now hear FM through it, but there is an important point I want to understand: The radio option still hidden in the main menu, but when I watched a video of Apple radio remote, I found that Radio option appeared, Is this option exclusive with Apple radio remote?
