Can someone watch my screen while I am using it
I Think my mom might be spying on everything I do because of texts i have been recieving from her. Is that possible or am I just being paranoid.

I honestly do not know for sure, but I will guess no, as they have their own usernames. It's the Apple stuff she may be able to monitor like iCloud Photos, contacts, calendars, iMessage, FaceTime and call logs.
Do you share an Apple ID? If you get your own, she will not be able to monitor anything at all without your permission. You may need to negotiate that with her depending on your age and situation.
Do you share an AppleID? Does she know your AppleID and passcode?
There is no ability to watch your screen, but if you share Apple IDs there are some communications she can monitor.
