Second, where are you trying to upload a photo to? A site? Does it have an interface?
The 'how' depends on where. So the more info you can give the easier it is for people to help you.

I need to post or upload a photo for ad campaign for apple iphone 6s. i dont know which community is fall into but i love to participate in it and to give my best in photography. i want to c my clicked pictures in apple ad banners, recently from india a girl from bangalore has won in ad campaign and her photos where represents by apple.inc. Photos are not chosen from submissions but rather by Apple "scouts" who scour places like InstaGram, 500px, etc.
There is no place to "submit" any photos
