Is "www.support.me" part of Apple. Comcast referred me to this site to help w/ some email issues. I don't want to let them access my Mac if they are not part of Apple.

its part of log me in, and owned by log me in which is legitimate but that doesn't mean the person directing you to the site wants to use it for legitimate reasons.

sounds like someone wants to remote into your computer. who are they are why do they want to.

if it's comcast and they need to "fix" your email they can instruct you over the phone.

if it's not comcast and it's someone trying to tell you your computer is infected they can go... ...well the TOS prevents me from saying.

if you are having connectivity issues you can try comcast, if it's email on your mac you may want to start here and no one will ask to remote into your computer or any other personal info but we can try to help.

let us know.
