iPhone 6 replacement, front camera, dents

HI all,

There are similar questions in the forum but I guess mine is a little bit different.

My iPhone 6 has still standart warranty. Front camera displaced which is a common problem and phone automatically turns off when the battery is around 10%. When I plug the charge cable in, it turns on immediately. There are the problems of the phone.

And there are some dents, scratches on the phone like below :

Are these dents cosmetic or not ? Does Apple replace this phone or fix it ?

Enable Low Power Mode.

Introduced with iOS 9, Low Power Mode is an easy way to extend the battery life of your iPhone when it starts to get low. Your iPhone lets you know when your battery level goes down to 20%, and again at 10%, and lets you turn on Low Power Mode with one tap. Or you can enable it by going to Settings > Battery. Low Power Mode reduces display brightness, optimizes device performance, and minimizes system animations. Apps including Mail will not download content in the background, and features like AirDrop, iCloud sync, and Continuity will be disabled. You can still use key functions like making and receiving phone calls, email, and messages, accessing the Internet, and more. And when your phone charges up again, Low Power Mode automatically switches off.

No. They will not replace the phone because of dents caused by accidental damage. As to the camera displacement, they will replace the phone under warranty if is determined to be a manufacturing defect. Otherwise they will not.

As to your battery issues search the forum for power saving tips, which might include restoring your phone as new and not from a backup.

Only Apple staff at an Apple store can make the determination whether your iPhone will

be replaced under warranty or under Out of Warranty reduced price replacement or not

at all.

Make an appointment at the nearest Apple store to have your iPhone evaluated for free.

Once the diagnostics are complete, the staff will explain your options.
