1. Open System Preferences and make sure your Firewall setting for FPFeedback is blocked. If not familiar with Firewall, unlock, choose Firewall Options... and make selection. Click the up-down pointer next to the title, select Blocked.
2. Close Options but leave Preferences window open.
3. Select Flash Player.
4. Click Advanced tab.
5. Find Usage Data. Should be a checkbox below title.
6. If on, uncheck box. You may be asked for password.
7. Close Preferences window.
8. Reboot (I suggest twice).
I found the first reboot was a bit slower and Creative Cloud was slow to fill in icon in menu bar and Spell Checker alerted each word as misspelled. Second reboot cleared for me.
I see that there is also a way to turn action off by using Terminal (other posts relating to this issue), but this may be a more simple process. Might start with step 3 and see if the box is checked. Uncheck and close and reboot.
