Photoshop and Photos backup on time machine

Hi, I have a MacBook Pro where I have Photoshop Elements installed. I have a good collection of over 17000 photos which are in the Photoshop Elements Organizer (photos organising app of Photoshop). I also have thousand other photographs in the iPhoto itself which are different to the ones in Photoshop.

I have been taking a backup of my machine on external hard drive through Time machine. I want to know if the backup includes the photos which are in the Photoshop Elements Organiser. If yes then if I need to reproduce these images on another computer will I be able to do so. If Time machine backup doesnt include the photos, then if I need to bring them back how do I do it.

MacBook Pro (15-inch Late 2011), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.5), Photoshop Elements 11

Thanks Eric for your reply.

I am not sure if I can keep Adobe Photoshop Elements Organiser separate to the main Editor.

I would also like to know that if I connect my existing time machine backup to any other computer will it be able to show the photos?

Basically if ever the MacBook fails , I would need another MacBook to get all those photos?

Which means I will also need Adobe Photoshop to be installed on the other machine!!!
