How do I view my payment history?

When I do an in app purchase the money is taken off my card, but im not getting what I purchased.

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.3.1

Follow the instructions here to see your App Store purchase history:

See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support

If you don't see your in-app purchase reflected in your app, follow the further instructions here:
