we went on a holiday for about a month when we returned home none of our devices will backup to the iCloud. Also the location on the iCloud is incorrect for the location

Have you checked to see that your devices are connected to your wi-fi?
yes we all conected to our home wifi but our iPad and iPhones just won't complete its backup. I have tried reseting the phone and the networks but hasn't seemed to help.

I don't quite understand your last point.
Are you trying to backup manually?
Are you try to check about your iCloud enough storage to backup?
If you're trying to backup at night (automatically) maybe one of three condition aren't been check.
Connected to charger, wifi and blocked.
Sorry probably didn't explain that very well. when I log into iCloud it says the location of the phone is in another town not my current location.
thanks ckonrar, normally I just back up automatically but since that stopped I tried to back up manually with no luck. I have checked my storage and still have plenty of iCloud storage capacity.
I charge my iPad each night and we are on the wifi at home, but what did you mean by blocked please?
