I cannot seem to get my mail accounts between my MacBook Pro and my iPhone (Both very new devices - 2015 MacBook Pro - iPhone 6s+) to sync signatures whatsoever! Has anyone else run into this problem, and more importantly does anyone know a solution?!

If you are referring to pictorial signature - it is not easy to get that on the iDevice
You can go into Settings - Mail, Contacts, Calendars - scroll down to Signature and create one
Thank you for the quick response! Actually, none of my signatures that I've made using the mail client on my MacBook are pictorials, only text. Is there a way you know of to make them sync seamlessly without having to manually retype all signatures?
No - in a sense the signature as I understand it - is a client phenomenon in the sense if you are using Outlook or Mail etc - it is created locally
It does get to the server - and if you created one on the web portal of your email provider - it does not get into the Client

No. There is no sync ability.
Signatures for iOS mail are stored on the device. Your only options are one global signature, or per account.
