Someone usurped my old alias

It appears that someone has taken my old alias and is using it as their mac email. I don't even know how that could happen.

Recently I started getting mail to that address for orders I didn't make and from people I don't know. It is very disturbing.

I signed into my account to see if there was a manage aliases so that I could delete it but found nothing.

Does anyone know how I can fix this problem?

Thanks

It appears that those are spam and phishing emails. Don't answer them. First report them to Apple as described in this Apple document: Phishing and Other Suspicious Emails. Then delete them.
