Weird iphone 6 battery problem

Hello, i currently have iphone 6 64g with ios 9.3.1.

So i had this problem for a week now, i have broken my phone 2weeks ago and my insurence company sent me my replacement iphone 6.

EVER since i got the new iphone 6 theres a weird battery problem... i can only charge my phone using my computer... no outlets or portable chargers wont charge my phone! i have 6 apple certified lightning cables and the adapters but they wont charge my phone unless i plug it in to my computer! i have contacted apple support via phone numerous of times but all they say is just restore the iphone because its probably a software bug. I HAVE NOW RESTORED MY IPHONE 8 TIMES AND I STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM... PLEASE HELP ME

I understand you are having issues with your iPhone not charging using an adapter plugged into the wall, only charging when connected to the computer.
