No apple service in denmark??

I had apple products in the US, but ever since I moved to Denmark I have had to get rid of my Apple items. There is no Apple Store, you have apple store wannabes but there do not offer the same service or customer experience. My friend had her new macbook air crash but she had to pay 100$ just for a system reset. Why should I pay the same price for the product as I would have done in the US and get less service? It makes no sense to purchase Apple products in Denmark if you are looking for the same value for it as in the US. Having asked a bunch of Mac owners here in Denmark why they have Mac's the conclusion lies with just the coolness factor of being more like American, it's really sad they don't know why people in the States really choose apple. I need to know if and when apple will provide service in Denmark for it's customers? Calling the apple number in Denmark just rings busy all the time, no wonder, this is what happens when you don't provide ANY service, people get upset and they call. Apple, here is a little advise, as a world known brand of technology the one thing you should keep your focus on is communication. Please Advise
