I just received my iPhone SE. Upgraded it to the latest version. The wallet and apple pay settings are missing

Correct, My current 6+ and my old 6 have the settings. I am in Lebanon at the moment, but my account, address. credit card are all US based.
There was another discussion about SIM cards that I read - most likely when you return and swap out your SIM and perhaps reset the phone in the US - you will find it present
That I guess is all I can come up with 🙂
