I have a iphone 6s plus and it recently cracked and the screen was faulty. I was not able to put my passcode in and it is not disabled. Is there any way to back up the phone before i bring it into the apple store tomorrow?
Probably not. The whole idea of backups is that they are made in case disaster strikes, not after.
