why favorites are not included like into Finder when i try to open and send a file with safari ?
here is safari (cmd + O)
and that's with Finder :
before macOSX 10.11.4 It was exactly the sames windows....
How can I change it on Safari & Chrome ?

If you go to Finder > Preferences > Sidebar you will see there is no option for Safari > Favorites but you can email a link from Safari.
From your Safari menu bar click File > Share > Email.
For Chrome you may need to use a Goole Chrome for sharing.

i.e. if you are on Facebook and wanna post a picture, I cannot find my favorites like into Finder (see pictures from my first post)
Can you click on Dundee-photos instead ??
If you want to upload photos to Facebook, you will have to navigate to the folder where your photos are stored.
With Facebook open, at the top of the page click: Add Photos/Videos
A window will open where you can navigate to your photos folder. (Favorites ??)
I thought you were referring to Safari Favorites as in Bookmarks.
the pic where you see : "dundee"photos" is the pic from Finder sidebar. and that's exactly what I would like to find on Safari.
Before "El Capitan" it was the same sidebar in Finder and Safari. Now it's different and I really don't like it . I waste my time to go to my folders by : SSD/users/dundee57/home/....
and I can drag and drop folders to the sidebar as favorites. but if I turn off safari, those folders disappear form sidebar....
I called Apple and we restart the computer with "start without extensions".
after that i start in normal session and it's OK 🙂
