my country not on list when reviewing my account in app store

hi, i am using an iPhone 5 and whenever i try to download an app on app store, it takes me to review my account. during the process, there is a part where i need to select my country/region but unfortunately i cant find Zambia my country.......please help because i am failing to download even free apps
