my ipad has been disable for the second time,but the first time i can use itunes to ulock it but now i cant.plz guys help me??
There are two different ways that you can unlock an iOS device with iTunes. Try using recovery mode with iTunes or use iCloud to erase the device.

There are three ways to unlock the device. Two methods use iTunes and the other method is to use iCloud. If you can't use one of those three methods, there is nothing that you can do to unlock the phone now.
Why can't you use recovery mode? You can use any computer running iTunes. The device is going to be erased now no matter what you do. An Apple Store can help you if you make an appointment at a Genius Bar.
