Hi I just bought a new 6splus n had to update iOS 9.3.1. Already downloaded the software but can't install as it says error occurred,plz help thnx
Is there anything else on the error message - a number perhaps?
The other method one can use to update is to have a computer running the latest version of iTunes (12.3.3) and connect the phone with a cable -
Go to Summary in left column
Click on Update software button on the right
