Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
My iPhone 5s says "iPhone is disabled connect to iTunes".when i try connecting i hold down home and the top button,then hold home button while plugging in my USB cord.After that it ask me to update or restore, it lets me for a few seconds then says error. I've tried everything someone PLEASE HELP!

"it says there was a problem downloading the software for the iPhone "iPhone". an unknown error occurred [-23]."
Please make a Genius appointment at an Apple Store, or go to another authorized service provider.
