Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

"report a problem" in itunes no longer works. How do I ask for a refund?

"Report a problem" in the past purchases section of the account section for Itunes, no longer elicits a response. Tried twice. Is there another way to ask for a refund?

iMac, Mac OS X (10.6.5)
