Regarding an overcharged purchase

I made a purchased today may 3 2016 at around 1 pm for my game inside out and you also charged me again at 3 pm for the inside out game , but charged me twice a total of 15.80 and I didn't make that purchased cause I wasn't home to make that purchase... Can this get taken care of as soon as possible, please
