SiriusXM doesn't open from Safari - error code 10823

This has worked previously - 5/3/2016- but now [5/4/2016], SiriusXM doesn't open from Safari [Version 9.1 (11601.5.17.1)] - the application

from url https://player.siriusxm.com/#/main - just says "Loading" but never completes.

I even tried to change "open with" preference to the Chrome browser [Version 50.0.2661.94 (64-bit)] ,

but it wouldn't allow it - instead get error code 10823.

If I directly use the Chrome Browser - I can open the application OK.

Hello Apple users - any suggestions? - or should I just not use Safari?

It's working fine on Safari 9.1 / El Capitan v10.11. 4 here...

You may have a Safari extension or third party plug-in installed that's causing a conflict. It’s easy to troubleshoot.

From the Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Extensions tab. Uninstall one extension at a time, quit and relaunch Safari to test.

If it's not an extensions issue, try troubleshooting third party plug-ins.

Back to Safari > Preferences. This time select the Security tab. Deselect: Allow plug-ins. Quit and relaunch Safari to test.

If that made a difference, instructions for troubleshooting plugins here.
