I am helping a friend -> MacBook Air 2015 Last version of El Capitan
Everyday the computer Freeze. Mouse, keyboard nothing work. Close the Lid,the Apple Logo stay on.
A force shutdown is necessary.
A visit to the applestore, they format the drive and re-install
same problem
Looking into console, I see a crash every day for
AWDD and PowerStat
the one for AWDD is strange for me, but maybe there all like that I dont know but I can't read it.
My iMac has been crashing a lot lately. The /Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports are full of awdd and powerstats around the times of the crashes. Please help!
For my friend after the format and reinstall, he brought back the problem by bringing Back his time machine back up
he then realize that all his crash were happening while using safari
we did a safari reset and no problem since then .
i Don't have my computer with me and I dont remember how to do the reset
if your problem also occurs while using safari I will find out to reset tonight
