Hi, guys.
I really need your help, experiences, wisdoms for troubles about iPod classic.
I connect ipod classic into iTunes. After synchronize, I clicked on iPod icon on iTunes screen.
Summery is gone.
i never seen this situation before.
pl give me advise

Are you using the latest iTunes (version 12)? Are you clicking on the iPod's device button on the horizontal bar? Here's a screenshot of one of my iPods in iTunes. It's not an iPod classic, but it IS a classic iPod (and fine for this purpose).
The device button is highlighted in blue (the smaller one with iPod symbol), on the horizontal bar. Click it to show the iPod's settings screen. The Summary settings screen is shown, already selected in the sidebar, under Settings.
