I m from india and i m trying to activate siri in my phone.When i buy an new iphone siri is working but after an update to 9.0 it suddenly stop.I have tryed your given tips to reset network .But it don't working .please help me to solving this problem.
iPhone 6, iOS 9.3.1
You can try these steps:
1. Go to Settings and turn Siri off
2. Reboot your iPhone (press and hold power button and menu button)
3. Hold both down until you see Apple Logo.
4. After that turn Siri on again.
